What We Believe

No guessing here!  Right from the start we want you to know what we believe.  Here it is.

In His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His complete and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of God the Father, in His personal return to this earth in power and glory, and that He is now both Lord and Christ.

That all have sinned and that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through the blood of Christ.

That man is justified by faith in Jesus Christ, apart from works.

That the redemptive work of Christ provides healing for the whole man.

In water baptism, as a command of the Lord, by immersion, in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit as a separate, distinct experience subsequent to salvation providing the enduing of power for life and service, accompanied by speaking in tongues.

In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit, by whose indwelling presence, the believer is enabled to live a Godly life which demonstrates the fruit of the Spirit.

That the gifts of the Holy Spirit should be practiced in the church today under the guidance of the Pastoral Staff and in a way that is orderly and sensitive to the flow of worship.

That a life of good deeds demonstrates God's love to the world.

In the reality of our enemy, Satan. He is a defeated foe.

In the Church, the body of Christ, as the instrument of focus for God's purposes in the earth; and that every believer should be committed and joined to a local expression of the church.
