I believe that a great life is making each day a journey with God that is filled with hope, simplicity, and fun. I expect our "presence-driven" services to leave people with a fresh appreciation of the wonders of God. My hope for you is you’ll enjoy our worship, services, ministries, and events.  We are blessed as a church and we are blessed in the Northwest with a lot of green scenery including some very nice golf courses. Which is why I enjoy "teeing" it up on the green and "teaing" it up and enjoying my favorite northwest minty green tea by Allegro. Life is fun!  See you this Sunday. Right?

I grew up in sunny Southern California in a loving, Christ centered home. I married Pastor Brad in 1979 and spent the next six years helping start new churches up and down the west coast. Along the way we were blessed with 4 children; Nathan, Eric, Levi and Ashley. As lead pastors of New Beginnings and the Children’s pastor I enjoy all the activity of a busy church including all the "little ones" in Kidszone. Since I’m from the SoCal area, I love being outside in the sun & reading a great book!  I have some good recommendations.

I energize my busy day by starting with a brisk, healthy run . . . then eat cookies and drink mocha's the rest of my day. Gotta really love that!  I have a lot of friends because we all attend a chocolate-aholics class together. And we drink mocha's. With a mocha in my hand or hiding in a pile a paperwork on my desk, I keep tabs on everything around here. . .um, by the way, who wrote these bios anyway? I need a mocha. 

I love the whole experiene of worship and I want you to experience it in a great way too.  Do you have a favorite song?  Contemporary?  Hymn?  Jazz?  Gospel?  There is a lot of uplifting Christian music and we'll bring some of it to you during every service.  I'm always at the studio having fun, learning, and creating something new including my CD called, Give Me Your Heart.   

I have a deep passion for Junior High, High School, and College-age students.  I not only believe they are the future and will represent Christ throughout the world, but they are RIGHT NOW!  TODAY!  "world changers"! Geez, just thinking about it gets me amped up! No calming me down now! And . . . no calming me down while watching college basketball and college football either. I was born and grew up in Zaporozhie ,Ukraine. I went to Bible College where I received my Bachelor Degree in Education and Theology. My wife, Olya was born in Russia. We met at Evangel Theological Seminary where we both graduated with our Master Degrees in Theology. Life is grand… when I have my cold grande Starbucks Refresh green tea stirred with two teaspoons melted raw sugar crystals blended in a chilled cup topped with large size cubed ice (nothing too complicating) while sitting back in a comfy chair reading a favorite book. Ahhhhh!  Life is "Grande". I like to keep it simple.

I am a native Oregonian and have lived here my whole life, which means I actually love the rain! I attended college for Music and Psychology, and played classical piano for 14 years.
My passion is to further God's kingdom and see each and every person impacted with the love of God. I have a beautiful son, Dominic, and can always be found reading, laughing, or listening to music.

I grew up in the city of Chelyabinsk, Russia, where I received my Bachelor Degree in Math from Southern Ural State University. I have several years experience in web design and development. I enjoy reading, hiking and taking road trips. I am a huge coffee and chocolate connoisseur, and I’m spoiled with home-made Russian food cooked by my beautiful wife Yana.  

I emigrated to the United States eight years ago with my family from Belarus. Since then I've always lived in the coolest city ever – Portland. In 2009 I received my Associates Degree in Integrated Media: Graphic Design and right now I'm on my way to earn my Bachelor's Degree of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Pacific Northwest College of Art (PNCA.) God is my biggest inspiration. He's the best designer I know and look up to. Also, I press the  "save" button too often when I work, but I guess it's a good habit being this is a "life-saving" church.

My job is rather simple and easy to explain as I am a methodological conversant for the succession, implementation, management, and buttress of constitution and networks. Easier to say I am an ITS at the NIH ranging from bioinformatics to Systems and Analysis from CS to IS and other complex assignments such as optimizing the functionality of systems, emerging I.T., COTS products, and other simple task such as typing my ABC’s and counting my 123’s. But it's quicker to just press the “easy” button.

My work sometimes is a mystery to people, after all, what are accounts receivables? Accounts payables? Aggregate? General ledger? Amortized? Bank reconciliation? Financial reports? Statements? I'll explain later, but for now I really enjoy reading a good mystery book and watching mystery TV shows. But it’s no mystery that I enjoy traveling with my wife and spending time with my grandchildren, not counting the cats… (Get it, “counting”) Huh!
